Returns

The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.

You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you first received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
